Jonah 2:2-4

“I ^(A)called out of my distress to the Lord,
And He answered me.
I cried for help from the ^[a]depth of ^(B)Sheol;
You heard my voice.
³ “For You had ^(C)cast me into the deep,
Into the heart of the seas,
And the current ^[b]engulfed me.
All Your ^(D)breakers and billows passed over me.
⁴ “So I said, ‘I have been ^(E)expelled from ^[c]Your sight.
Nevertheless I will look again ^(F)toward Your holy temple.’
